El Norte

Das war einst der noerdlichste Cache der Kanarischen Inseln. Er liegt (beinahe) am noerdlichsten Punkt von Lanzarote. Wer ehrgeizig ist kann noch weiter nach Norden, allerdings wollte ich niemanden zu einer gefaehrlichen Tour verleiten. Das Zielgebiet ist fuer trittsichere Menschen noch gut erreichbar. Kinder mit Hoehenangst sollten am nahegelegenen Strand verweilen (aber bitte nicht ohne Aufsicht). Das Hinkommen ist die eigentliche Aufgabe. Das Versteck zu finden ist relativ einfach. Auch wenn der Empfang aufgrund der Gegebenheiten im Zielgebiet nicht sonderlich gut ist, gelangt man irgendwann an die Stelle, an der man sich fragt "Geht's hier noch weiter?"
Da in der Naehe ist der Cache versteckt.

This was the northernmost cache on the canary islands many years ago.
It is located (almost) at the northernmost point of the island of Lanzarote.
If you are eager and willing and able you can go further to the north. But I didn't intend to lead anyone into a dangerous tour. The target-Area is okay if you aren't afraid of height and able to walk on a tiny track along a sharp cliff.
Maybe it's not suitable for small children. They can play at te nearby beach.
The actual task is to get there at all. The hideout itself is not too hard to find after having arrived at the cache-site.
Buit actually the topology leads to bad signals. But you don't have any much chances of leaving the 'way' so you will nevertheless arrive at one point where you might ask yourself: "Is this the end of this path?"
Well now you have arrived at the cache-site.

P.S.: Meanwhile it is forbidden to swim at the nearby beach due to strong currents.
