Dear Dora: With many thanks to RobinMohawk for informing me of the loss of this cache, I regretfully must archive it and send it to the dust bin of geocaching history. It's been in its current spot for nearly 20 years, but due to the extensive damage to the area, it doesn't appear likely that access will be repaired anytime soon.
