This is Ramsey County Open Space. The name is Bald Eagle Regional Park, Benson Farm Prairie Restoration. It is in White Bear Township. You should park by the beach as parking is a problem.I would suggest long pants for this one.
The cache is a medium sized container that has been painted to blend in.
