Park at, N39 43.737, W076 04.362. Follow the south power-line road down the hill. Stay left at the first fork, then right at the next fork and follow the partially washed out trail up the hill, then follow the main trail. Or just follow the power-line road. The trails are usually closed during hunting season.
Nice trail on the way to Goat Hill. Cache is located just off the trail and is about 200 ft. from the Mason Dixon line in PA. The cache is a camo.plastic jug.
