Geocache Description:

A multi-cache in the Charlestown Reservation,
Bethlehem Township, NJ. This is a roughly 1.5 mile round trip over somewhat hilly terrain with very little bushwhacking.

The Charlestown Reservation is part of the Hunterdon County Park System. Here is a link to the reservation website:

The entrance and parking is at N40 41.717, W074 57.827 (the intersection of Charlestown Road and Charlestown Lane).

The first clue is at the listed coordinates.

A little bushwhacking is required from the trail to each clue, but there is no need to bushwhack between clues. You will see deer, many bird species, chipmunks, an old tree nursery, and lots of stonerows. The trail is well-marked and fairly clear, but very rocky. Don't wear thin-soled shoes unless you have exceptionally thick-soled feet.

Note: Hunterdon County's controlled deer hunt runs from September through February. During these months the county Park Service recommends wearing blaze orange in the Charlestown Reservation or confining visits to Sundays. The antler hat is definitely inappropriate attire.
