Geocache Description:

Single stage container located in Arbor Hills Park.

Captain Kirk takes the Enterprise into Romulan space, supposedly without permission from Starfleet. Somewhere along the way Kirk is surgically altered to look like a Romulan, so that he can sneak aboard one of the Romulan space ships, then he steals a Romulan cloaking device and has Scotty install it in the Enterprise.

The container you are searching for uses its own "cloaking" technology. If you've ever gone after BCR's "Around the bend" (GC11F0), you will find this area very familiar. Watch out for PI, there is plenty in the area. There is a trail that passes very near the cache location, which should make it a little easier to get to.

Please trade small items only, and please supply self sealing bags, as the cache container is not entirely water tight. Please email me immediately if there is any problem with the container. Also, feel free to email me if the coords are off, since there is major tree coverage in the area.

At the end of the episode, Dr. McCoy calls for the captain to report to sick bay, to remove the Romulan facial features and to "bob your ears." Spock agrees, saying the ears do not look as good on humans. McCoy says, "... do you want to go through life looking like your first officer?"

Captain Kirk replies, "I'm on my way!"

Set your best warp speed, and engage.

NOTE: 5 Sep 2005 - I stopped by to see how the container is doing. The lid is loose, but if you twist it left to open, and right to close (make like it's LEFT handed threads) it will still work. Email me if you think there's a problem with it.
