Nice parks on two sides of a track, Chiba Garden being in one of them.
This cache is a "Lock’N’Lock". There is no need to disturb anything in the Chiba Garden in any way. This is the twelfth time that this cache has had to be replaced so please do watch out for muggles and put it back where you find it. From past logs it is evident that from time to time their are some real characters hanging out in this beautiful garden - if they are in the garden when you come looking for this cache it might be better to come back at another time :).
