This three cache series is named after the many terrapins we saw while scouting out the area. Bring an apple and if you see a terrapin, bite him off a hunk of it, he will eat it!
If you choose to do all three caches at once, plan on a two mile walk round trip. The caches are easy to find (you did the work in the walking) and hidden just a few feet off the trail. If you're into bushwhacking, cache #1 is located about .1 mile from parking, cache #2 is about .3 mile from #1, and cache #3 is about .3 mile from #2, as the crow flies.
