team cyclepath: So, so, sad to declare an archive on this wonderful oldie! It holds countless sentimental value & memories for not only the 500+ finders over the past 13 years in addition to the original local caching legend founder Atlanta Gal. Team Cyclepath (we, John & Dawn) took over in 2009. We learned to love each other while riding mountain bikes on these very grounds on the banks of Rope Mill before this park was officially developed. We (John & Dawn) came here on this July 4th as a mission to maintain the ammo can & restock. It was immediately obvious the development has drastically impeded the forest area where this cache is located (between expanding I-575 & the overflowing asphalt parking lot of the now fancy-named "Olde Rope Mill Park" adjacent to the new Outlet Mall & growing subdivisions, rendering it not condusive or pleasant for this geocache. Quite contrary to the quiet natural oasis of the past! Anyway, THANKS to ALL! It has been a wonderful & unforgettable 13 awesome fun years! LOVE & MISS YOU Rope Mill! ♥ 💋
