Geocache Description:

This is the first cache we have hidden during our first camping trip of the season and the first to be placed in Grand Marais, MN. Grand Marais is beautiful place to camp, hike, hunt, fish and site see. We love to walk the shore of Lake Superior in an area called Artist's Point and that is how we found this unique place in which to hide the cache. There are usually several Inuksuit (rock people) along to shore. Please be careful of "muggles" while looking for this cache, they are everywhere. You can walk the rocks or take the paths in the woods to find this cache. We used a small pencil box covered in olive colored tape (as that is all be could find at the local hardware store). There is a log, crayons, sharpie, and 2 travel bugs. We are not sure if this will be a year-round cache. You can park at the lighthouse parking lot or walk from downtown.
