Geocache Description:

A short multi-clue walk up the Penasquitos canyon trail. All clues and the cache are on or within 10-15 feet of the well-maintained, flat trail. Depending on which side of the canyon you start on, you may have to cross the stream once.

This is a favorite place we like to go for a walk along the stream. We placed this cache on Brendan's 6th birthday - our first official cache.

It's often cooler in the summer than other hikes in the area. There are several fun places to play in the stream, look for frogs and skip rocks.

The Cache is a screw-top plastic jar. Original contents include:
Travel Bug
Several small trinkets
Log Book

Note: The coordinates are less accurate than I'd like due to tree cover and restricted satelite coverage due to the narrow canyon. So, keep looking.
