Located on the top of Tully Mt. This makes the 4th cache hidden with in the Tully Trail. We are hiding this cache to celebrate our 75 find.
There is more than 1 way up on this one. The trek we took when hiding was from the parking at 42@ 38.563, 72@ 14.804. This is located on Mountain Rd. The straight line distance is only .33 but not an easy walk. This is probably the hardest way up but, we wanted it that way ;) The rating for this was what we though it should be for all seasons but winter. I'd say it goes up in the winter and a good trekking pole is your friend during any season on this hike. My thoughts when we were at the top today...."Why can't such gorgeous views be easier to get to..."
You are seeking a 3qt camo container with a screw on lid. It is hidden about 60 - 100 ft off the trail depending on how you come in. There could be a lot of muggler action on the trails and at the top so please take care in rehiding the cache, as well as when you're at the site.
The starting contents are as follows - FTF and STF - small first aid kit (which we hope you won't need when finding the cache), a Faux Leather Satchel (made by Nancy). Regular Trade items as follows: FM Radio, Flashlight, Space Intruders (handheld game), Squirt Gun, Tissues, Playing Cards, Electrical Tape, and a Hot Wheels Car. We are also placing "Do You Carrot All" TB here to start off the cache. We picked the little guy up in VT yesterday.
