Geocache Description:

The coordinates above are for the car park

UPDATE 15 May 2007:
Due to maintenance work carried out in Chasewater Country Park we had to change some of the clues- the details below should be accurate and have been checked by The Nick Naks and Imke&John on 20 April 2007.

The original Cache has disappeared, so has been replaced in Oct. '05 by a small cache. This cache is only suitable for small swaps and TB's.

The cache is located on the Chasewater Country Park. This hidden treasure has recently undergone major refurbishment including a cycle network, play facilities for children of all ages, an Innovation Centre (which hosts exhibitions etc), a craft centre and a steam railway.

To get to the cache, you can either walk (about 3 miles) cycle or take the train for part of the journey. If you choose the latter you will need to make sure that you visit on a Saturday or Sunday between Easter and September. More information can be found at: www.ChasewaterRailway.co.uk.

If you want to take a packed lunch there are many scenic locations where you can picnic, however there are several cafes around the site.
