Geocache Description:

Cache is in Sanford Village Park, and along the shores of Sanford Lake.

The Location of the Capsule Marker
 The Mission

This cache is located in the Sanford Village Park along the banks of the Tittabawassee River. As part of the 1970 Sanford Area Centenial a time capsule was buried here. Your mission is to visit the marker and decipher the location of the second part based on the text on the marker.  The park hours are dawn to dusk, but there are no gates.

The marker reads: " Dedicated to Sanford Area _______s and ________s"

Use the first three letters of the word that fills in the first blank word to fill in the latitude, and the first three of second blank word for the longitude.

The sum of the missing numbers from the longitude is 20. The sum of the missing numbrs from the latitude is 13. For example: If the words that filled in the blanks were "People" and "Animals", the the cords would be N43º 40.590 W084º 22.398.

At times the park might be busy with little league, but you should still be able to do the cache.

This would be a great one for the little ones. There is a lot of great playground area in the park.

V ubcr V pna uvqr urer nyy jvagre. [Here's another hint: No crawling on rocks or sone is needed. There is mowed grass within 5 feet of the cache. As the title says it's hangin' around, but it is on the upper side of the dam, along Sanford Lake. If you want, you could have a picnic finding it.]
