July 7, 2005 NOTE: Changed name slightly to distinguish this from the Original Clevenger Canyon Cache (by TrailGators).
Driving back from a weekend of camping at William Heise Park near Julian, we spotted a promising spot to hide the cache we had brought along. This looks like a neat canyon to explore, though we didn't make it to the bottom on this trip.
Short hike (about 500 feet away) down the trail from the parking spot. Cache container is a plastic gatorade tub, camo'ed by iTrax. Enjoy!
