Geocache Description:

This is Ziggy Crew's 35^th cache hidden.
And the 8^th for this park.
And this is our 1^st Cache Event!

We invite all geocachers to come to our event at
Winding Hills Park in Montgomery, NY.
On Sunday July 17, 2005
At 10:00 am to about 3:00 pm

Cache Event Directions

This event will be in the style of a Poker Run.

Has anyone ever heard of a Poker Run before? It is almost all the time done by motorcycle groups going from place to place and picking up a card at each stop. And the best hand wins.

Well we have put a lot of thought behind this and came up with the idea about 18 months ago. And now we have figured out how to play this fun game with our GPS's. To learn more about how we are going to play the game Click Here.

The event will start with introductions to each other if no one as ever met and than we will start the game. We will provide prizes for the winners as well as some bonuses that are hidden also. We will provide drinks for all but we do ask that you bring a bag lunch.

Anyone who wishes to attend please post a note here and as soon as possible so that I have an accurate head count for the game. I hope that we have a good turn out and that this sounds like fun to you. Just keep checking here every now and then to see if there any updates as time gets closer.
