A quick visit to the Cashiers Post Office and some math will give you the information you need to find this cache. All info is in the PUBLIC PO Box area; you can find this cache at any time (open or closed). DO NOT venture into the loading docks or other non-public areas of the post office.
UPDATE: I've decided to turn this into a park and grab for now until I can get back to Cashiers to fix the numbers. Sorry folks. The cache is on one of the two blue mailboxes in the parking lot. Watch for traffic!
The above coordinates are NOT for the cache, but for a blue street sign with a big W on your way to the Post Office. Use caution and take note the three digit number on the sign below the big W. Continue on to the Post Office.
The Coordinates of the cache:

W 083 06.Z (a three digit number)
A = the number of glass doors (both external & internal)
B = the number of windows with bars (jail type... keep looking)
C = the number of letters in third word on the dedication plaque (starts with "d")
Z = (X – Y – (B * 100)) * 2 + 100
where:
X = number on “W” sign
Y = number of ceiling tiles in the three PO Box aisles (high ceilings)
B = number of windows with bars (from above)
Checksum:
A - (C - B) = 0
(Z / 4) - (A + B + C) = 23
This Post Office is VERY VERY busy during the summer months and the cache is in a VERY VERY visible place. Early morning and late evening would be the best times to go after this one (you could probably even find it at night). You don't want to be the last to find. Watch out for cars as you hunt for the cache (-hint hint- go around to the other side)!
