B= The second digit in the date.
C= Deduct the first digit from the last digit.

Cache is named for a Bohemian refugee who came to Colebrook, PA around 1918. Lived as a hermit in a rock shelter (coordiantes N40 13.762 W076 30.453 nothing to do with cache)for 18+/- years. Relocated to Bradley's Woods in Elm, PA. living in a three foot high lean-to until he was found frozen to death around 1950.
