Wionkhiege Cache Multi-Cache
Porthos The Beagle: I'm officially changing the status of this cache from MIA to KIA. I visited the site on Sunday, October 30th, and after an extensive search of the area, I am sad to report that the container and contents were nowhere to be found.
I would like to thank everyone that took the time to visit this cache, and I hope you enjoyed finding it as much as I did hiding it.

Wionkhiege is the Wampanoag name for the area that now contains the town of Smithfield, Rhode Island.
This is a three part multi-cache located in the Esmond Conservation Area in Smithfield, Rhode Island.
The terrain in this location is not difficult to navigate, but the container is well hidden, so you may want to decrypt and bring along the hints, just in case. Beware of the usual suspects (mosquitos, ticks, poison ivy, teenagers), especially during the summer months.
You may park your vehicle in the official parking area, which is located at N 41 52.864, W 71 30.201, or take your chances parking on one of the nearby streets.
Start your hunt by finding a memorial site at the listed coordinates, then travel north-northwest from there for approximately 130 feet until you reach a stone marker. Somewhere on this marker is a four digit number that you will use in your calculations below.

The cache is housed in a square Rubbermaid sandwich container. The initial contents are a pair of plastic binoculars, a yellow plastic keychain with a snap-hook, an American flag pin, a Cherry Semiconductor ESD training certification pin, a facsimile American Express card, two Canadian quarters, three Canadian dimes, a plastic mechanical pencil, a logbook, and a $1 Rhode Island Lottery scratch ticket for the first person that finds this cache.
The container isn't especially large, so you will be somewhat limited as to what you can fit into it. Please be sure to re-hide the container well, keep an eye out for nosy civilians, and don't leave any trash behind at the location.
