I AM THROWING DOWN A CHALLENGE - ARE YOU UP TO IT?
Planning before you go is essential …..Bring equipment needed to help you solve this assignment.
You might be wise to bring:
Chest or hip waders OR small inflatable boat
Flashlight with backup batteries.
Proper footwear and a change of clothing.
Bug spray and Afterbite.
Rope and hook?
Hiking staff.
Lots of drinking water.
Once you reach the destination, seek out the container that holds the clues to finishing this quest.
Logs that DO NOT follow the instructions within the container will have their logs deleted.
Because there are no trails to Stage 2, you will have to bushwhack the entire way.
Steep changes in elevation could be a factor
Water features (ponds, creeks, swamps, beaver dam) could be involved.
Rocks/boulders/cliffs even caves may be encountered.
Nest of snakes has been encountered at one of the stages.
This cache is NOT recommended if you plan to tackle it alone unless you come with a trained geocache dog (Smudge)
