Geocache Description:

As far as I know, Warren County did not have a Travel Bug hotel when we placed this, so we created one. This is a relatively easy find on Indian Rock Farm, our own property. It is not as close to the road as many TB Hotels are, so we may catch some grief, but it is less than a 500 foot walk, I would guess.

The Native American Sweatlodge is a purification technique to align body, mind and spirit that is used in many indigenous cultures. With that in mind , we created the Indian Rock Farm Sweatlodge for Travel Bugs to have a place where they can rejuvenate their spirits before continuing on their long journey and fulfilling their mission.

Since a sweatlodge depends on someone keeping the fire going constantly, it would be nice if we are able to maintain a resident guest population, so it would be great if you trade even up for TB's. However, if you don't have one to trade now and you would like to help a bug move ahead on its journey, that is ok too. Maybe some time when you have a bug that you need to drop in a cache because you have had it too long, you can drop one here. We have also stocked the cache with some regular wampum trade goods, so you won't be disapointed if you can't trade for a TB, after ascending Brown Hill to seek your vision. We also stashed one of our new KCEPENN signature buttons for the First To Find.

Directions to the cache: Park at N 41° 54.643’, W079° 18.958’ on Brown Hill Road. You can turn onto Brown Hill Road from either Chandler’s Valley or Youngsville. (Brown Hill Rd, although not marked itself, is across from Rounds Hill Rd in Chandler's Valley. In Youngsville, take Highland Ave and it turns into Brown Hill Rd.) Please park along the shoulder of the road. Do not drive or park in the fields. Do not block the driveways to the fields. We would also appreciate it if you would walk along the edges of the cultivated fields to minimize crop damage. Thank You!!!!

If you have the time, you can also get the original Indian Rock Farm Cache and several of our other caches from this same parking spot.
