Geocache Description:

Cache is hidden on County property at the entrance to the Foothills Parkway. It is more than 1000 ft from the Parkway border so there is no need for anyone to look for it on the Parkway property. There is a parking pull off at N35 48.790 W083 14.778. I got the reading with a 14ft accuracy but there is lots of tree cover so good luck on that. Bring your own pen please.

This cache got its name from the little rodent that was perched in the final hiding spot as I was looking for a place to put the container. He just sat there, a foot away from me and didn't budge. Of course I didn't have my camera with me, but it sure would have made a great picture.

He (she) has been spotted by a few cache finders, sitting right next to, or on top of the cache, seemingly guarding it. It doesn't seem to be that scared of people either. If you do see him or her, take a picture and post it on here.

The container is a small camo'd thermos with a logbook and small items inside. Please make sure to take the time to screw the lid back n properly so it won't leak.
