Turtle Art Multi-Cache

This cache has been archived.

rocksusan: The parks that provide access to this cache are closed now due to flooding/debris. I'm taking this opportunity to officially change this cache from a multi to a regular cache (finally!) So look for the new and more accurate cache page coming soon.

Geocache Description:

You can do this cache in shorts and sneakers. Walking is paved and mostly flat. The round trip walk is about 1 mile. The cache will not be accessible during or after heavy rain.

ATTENTION! I am in the process of changing this cache from a multi to a regular cache. While I figure out how to do it, you can log the cache by finding the small cache located where WP1 used to be.

I named this cache for the dozens of turtles I often see when I walk to WP 1 from Rabbit Run Park. You can also access this cache from The Woodlands Park, but it will be a much longer walk.

You are looking for a hide-a-key container. Please bring your own writing instrument. A pencil will work better, because the log scroll is made of water-resistant paper. WP 1 (which is the actual cache, for now) may be hunted any time the park is open, 9Am to dusk.

This cache was originally co-sponsored by the St. Peters Park Rangers, who want me to remind you that you are not allowed in any park or trail after dark. There is a hefty fine if they catch you caching in the dark!
