RLR X 2: Well, we made it through the mud but container was missing.
Since we don't seem to be able to get a break with the rain the last two years and the area is real muddy, we are not going to replace it. Thanks to all who found it and all who tried but didn't. RLR X 2

Geocache Description:


Ready for a long walk along the river? There are already a few caches in this park but this one takes you out to the outer reaches of the park. If you get on Mapquest it will look like it is not park land but it is, I have checked with DNR and county cops. Nice path to follow no bushwacking needed but not really wheelchair accessible (it is possible but may be a little muddy if it has rained).

I called it the point because a creek meets up with the river and has cause the land to come to a point, and that is what we always called it when I was growing up in this area.

There are two ways to get to this cache. The first is park in Happy Hollow park and take a beautiful walk. The second one, if you are from the area you will know where to park and take a shorter walk. Clue for the second one is the old pond road.

Replaced Ammo container because it went missing, with a brown rubbermaid container on 6/30/07.
