At the top of a short, but fairly steep trail.
This cache is located in the Indiana Dunes State Park. The area is ecologically fragile, hence a virtual cache rather than a traditional cache. There is a per/vehcile admission fee for the park. Currently it is $4 for Indiana residents and $8 for all others.
Please stay on the trails while hiking in the park. This cache does not require that you set foot off the marked trails.
It's much easier from the south. The trail from the north is more rugged and can be difficult to locate.
You are looking for a tall, brown post that has two numbers on it. To record the cache, simply email us what is written on the back of the post. We recommend you stay a while and take in the view.
