Located in Joyden's wood. Terrain rating reflects off-road, though cyclable paths. The cache is a medium-sized box.
The woods are managed by the Woodland Trust. There are several kilometres of walking and cyclable paths through the area - these can get rather muddy in winter. The Faesten Dic Scheduled Ancient Monument (an Anglo-Saxon dike built in the 5th century to keep the Romans out) runs for over a kilometre through the forest (information board at 51.25.345; 0.9.491) and there are allegedly numerous other archaeological sites through the wood of varying antiquity, as well as WWII bomb craters. Suggested parking is on Summerhouse Drive near entrance to the woods (near a bus stop).
