Geocache Description:

This cache is located at Timmer Farm which is Ottawa County open space land. It is in a 4x6 camoflagued container. There is parking at N42 56.570 W85 52.855.

This is a beautiful undeveloped 68 acre site that has been designated as open space land. Open Space Land is land that has been set aside by the county for future projects. There are over 1400 acres of open space land in Ottawa county. This area has the same rules as other Ottawa county parks except that it is open 5am-10pm year round and dogs are allowed off leash. So bring your 4 legged friends along and let them run.

The farm house and barns still exist on this property, please stay out of them. There is a lot of old barbed wire and trash dumped on various parts of the property so watch out for it. Poison ivy has also been spotted here.
