This cache is hidden in the Jenkins Wildlife Sanctuary which is
part of the
Bridge Creek Conservation Area in West Barnstable.
The link above will bring you to a map (you'll need adobe
acrobat to read it) of the conservation area. Best parking for this
cache is at: N 41 41.698 W 070 22.240 off of Church St. There is
one trailhead at this parking area. The cache is approximately a .2
mile walk from the parking area.
The cache is a plastic shoebox-sized container - as of this
posting, the cache contains a bunch of 'certified pirate booty'
that i looted from this
event. I did not make this a difficult hide as I simply wanted
to bring people to this wonderful parcel of land with it's 2.5 mile
trail system.
Please beware of ticks and bring bug spray! Also, the
conservation land surrounding the Jenkins Wildlife Sanctuary is
open for hunting during specific seasons. Please cache safely!
