Part 1 is not a container at all; on it is written a pair of
three digit numbers. (I hope Sharpies are really permanent.)
Be stealthy; it is in a very public area.
Part 2 is a 50 caliber ammo can in a wooded and unused portion
of the park. The degrees and whole number minutes of its
coordinates match part 1. The fractional minutes, in
thousandths, of its coordinates are the two three digit numbers
(latitude, longitude) found in Part 1.
There is really no path to the final, and what has been the
"best way" in the past has become overgrown. So, scout around and
choose your own way.
Caution: Keep your eyes open as you near the final
coordinates. Part 2 is quite close to a tree from which some
barbed wire extends.
