Geocache Description:

The cache is located beside the Kennet & Avon canal between Woolhampton and Thatcham.

There is parking for half a dozen or so cars by the side of the road just south of Midgham lock at N51°23.525 W001°12.550 (approx). The container is the usual 3l sandwich box.

The cache is by water so please take care when retrieving and replacing the cache (you don't want to drop it!).

The cache was placed with the aid of EGNOS correction giving an indicated accuracy of around 9 feet.
