This is an ammo can hidden in an old quarry along Falls Lake Trail. The trail head is located at the Falls Lake Visitor Assisance Center. No bushwacking is needed. Contains logbook and trade items.
Many years ago, stones were hand-cut from the earth and hauled into trucks with a system of pulleys and cables. You can still see old cable, cut stones and scrap metal along the trail.
