Welcome to Saratoga, home of the historic Saratoga Race Course! We placed this horse-themed cache because our daughter loves horses, and because we wanted a fun, simple cache for seasonal visitors who appreciate the ponies.
The cache is hidden on the Bog Meadow Brook Nature Trail, and parking is available at:

The straight, level path is accesible for a sturdy stroller, and the round trip is about .9 mi. The trailhead sign says to beware of poison ivy and ticks, and to make this easier, there is NO NEED to go off trail AT ALL to find this cache. Dogs are allowed on a leash. As this trail is along a bog, you can imagine it may get kinda buggy, so bring along your repellent.
You are looking for an ammo box, repainted and labeled, and stocked with ponies and pony-related paraphenalia. Take a pony, leave a pony. It is a letterbox hybrid, so there is a stamp which stays in the cache for you to stamp your personal logbook if you have one. Please sign and/or stamp the cache logbook and record your trades.
