Back in 1434, Engelbrekt Engelbrektsson went around Dalarna gathering a bunch of 51.000 miners, mad woodmen and farmers.
He brought his legion to the castle Borganäs and torched it. Doing that, he smoked out the local fat foreign lord.
The freedom war had begun...

Where the castle once stood, this cache is hidden!

There is no car parking on this spot. Leave any big vehicles at either side of the river. Then walk the bridge.

There is a beautyful trail right beside this location. Take the time to explore the area!
