What better format for a computer cache. This is the way I learned to program a few(?) years ago. You can find out the method for decoding it, look it up on the internet.
The red building that you're looking at is public property, it was the firehouse when I was young. The neighbors on both sides are aware and very friendly, just stay outta their garden...
