“INDIANA SPIRIT QUEST”
The Indiana Spirit Quest series of
geocaches will take you to a number of historic cemeteries
built by Hoosier Pioneers. In just a year and a half, the quest has
grown to over two hundred thirty caches hidden in twenty-three
Indiana counties, and two Ohio counties, and the hiders have grown
to nine cacher teams, six of which are comprised of A Man and
His Dog... One who is a man and his Cat, and one who is a Dog
and her Woman. Over 400 cacher teams have
logged over 4,900 finds. One cache machine found 102 ISQ caches in
a single day!

”Along Came Jones"
Police Commissioner Weston has notified us
that the Legendary SHADOW may have to leave retirement to help the
Police capture some terrorists. Until then, he continues to conduct
tours on the Indiana Spirit Quest. Listen to what he has to tell
you about this one:
Welcome to Jones
Chapel, Scott Township, Steuben County, Indiana. This is a mid
sized cemetery with veterans from the Civil War to Korean War. It's
still active, but with few later burials. It sits on a hill and is
surrounded on two sides by wooded areas. The paved road had little
traffic while I was here. It's been maintained
well.
The area is open, as
there are few trees within the site's boundry. Those are mostly
hardwood. –THE SHADOW

Rick, The little stump I used last is gone.
I moved it behind the benchmarks concrete base, (unlisted at
gc.com) Hollowed out a small stick, inserted a brass tube, dropped
in a matchsafe, plugged with a cork. New coords are: N41 41.188 W84
55.911
