A number like 234 works out to be:

So this Alien showed me his numbering system based on ITs six fingers.
  ITs number 234 base 6 would work out like this:
                          62     61     60
                        =36     =6     =1     
x2     x3     x4
                         72  +  18  +   4 = 94 base10

  So with his advanced math skills he showed me how to change my nubers into ITs numbers.
 We converted my base 10 number of 380 into ITs numbering system like this....

                                  380 ÷ 6= 63 remainder 2
                                   63 ÷ 6= 10 remainder 3
                                   10 ÷ 6=  1 remainder 4
                                    1 ÷ 6=  0 remainder 1
                                                        ^ reading up 1432 base6
                   380 base10 = 1432 base6

  proof by converting back.

                        =216    =36     =6     =1

                         216  + 144  +  18  +   2  = 38010
                   1432 base6 = 380 base10

 With these basics set down we aggred that we could encode ITs hiding spot here on earth if we
 keep every thing as whole numbers  
                "Degrees" "minutes" point "decimal part of minutes"
  
ie 45 degrees 22 minutes and  .175 minutes
   would have each group of numbers converted and set into place.

  4510 = 1136   2210 = 346   17510 =4516  

would be written as  136 degrees 34.451 minutes
