A nice walk in the woods. Trail is a combined use trail which allows Hikers, Snowmobiles, Horses and Mt Bikes
Forestmere Lakes is a beautifull privately owned area through which a State maintained trail passes. The cache is located on State owned lands approximately 2/10ths of a mile south of the boundry. The trail passes through a Red Pine Forest with many Bog areas visible from the trail.
It may be accessed from two Roadways. The Northern access is from the McColloms Road, a dirt hardly passable road. From this end you will pass several large and small Lakes and Ponds. The southern access is from the Slush Pond Road.
This is a TB lodge so it is requested you trade TB for TB. The cache also contains trade items and small stuffed animals.
