Gotcha Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Castlebrook: The county has done major rock and sand moving in the area. It's almost assuredly toast. It had a good run.

Geocache Description:

Another bike path cache, this one is a good place to watch surfers at one of the local spots. If the surf's up there's some pretty good action.

A bit of an unusual cache, it has two sections--be sure to open them both. Read the directions printed on the screwed-on lids. It's hidden in the rocks by the bike path. Construction is camouflaged 2" ABS pipe and fittings (2.5" diameter).

On weekends the traffic here may get heavy, but you should be able to find and open the cache fairly privately. Please re-assemble and re-hide carefully. Be sure to put some small rocks over it.

There are meters at the parking lots to the north, which are fairly cheap, but if they are full it costs $2 - $7 to park. The parking lot at El Porto (at 45th St--almost a mile south) has $.25/15 min meters but the walk/ride will be longer.
