Little River Canyon, Little River National Preserve. This is a
virtual cache with no physical placement.
You are looking for a large boulder in the water to the east of the
listed coordinates that has a staircase on it; look creatively for
the staircase. The hike is very strenuous, especially the return
trip. This is a fantastic place; bring a snack and water and have
fun. If you like, bring a bathing suit for the great swimming hole
or just jump in as you are. If it’s hot out, you might see some
interesting things!
Cache listing and logging requirements have been changed as of
12/31/2008. To log this cache, post a picture of yourself at the
coordinates with the rock staircase structure in the background.
Please do not post photos of the house on the bluff.
