SPIRIT QUEST”
The Indiana Spirit Quest series of
geocaches will take you to a number of historic cemeteries
built by Hoosier Pioneers. In just a year and a half, the quest has
grown to over two hundred forty caches hidden in twenty-four
Indiana counties, and two Ohio counties, and the hiders have grown
to nine cacher teams, six of which are comprised of A Man and
His Dog... and one who is a Dog and her Woman.
Over 450 cacher teams have logged over 5,100
finds. One cache machine found 102 ISQ caches in a single
day.

Welcome to Musselman Cemetery, Rickland
Twp., Miami County, Indiana. The oldest stones we found here were
for James L. Hill, died Jan. 11, 1838 aged 11m 27d and Mary Hill,
died Mar. 8, 1838 aged 27y 8m and 6d.
OLD STONE.
Miami County Indiana, is an area rich in history. There are
the Miami Indians, Bunker Hill Naval Air Station (during WWII),
Bunker Hill AFB, then Grissom Air Force Base, and today Grissom Air
Reserve Base. The county seat is Peru, which was winter home to
many of the great circuses during the first part of the 20th
Century. It is also home to the International Circus Hall of Fame
and It is the birthplace of Cole Porter.

The cache container
is a plastic peanut jar. Replaced OCT. 7 2005 WITH A SPICE
JAR-- BYOP. .The cache is not located near a grave...
If you find a fallen US flag, please stick it back in the
ground. As always, please be respectful, and cache in, trash
