Geocache Description:

This is the fourth cache in my historical marker series for Kenosha County, WI (see GCPTCN). This is a micro hidden in a large roadside area.

Welcome to a local history lesson. Please take a minute to read the relevant marker when you visit this cache. This is Wisconsin Historical Society's Historical Marker #305--"Cordelia A.P. Harvey." WHS has a nice website: (visit link)

Scary to think that up until and including the U.S. Civil War, wounded soldiers were cared for so badly. Geosurgeons, see if you can operate in the field without causing infection!
