Ruairidh's cache (revisited) Traditional Cache
Deceangi: Rather than keep this cache temporarily disabled (which should only be used for shortish periods) I'm archiving it. If/when the cache is ever replaced I'll gladly unarchive it assuming it still meets the guidelines.

On a woodland walk near Halmer End in North Staffs, enjoy the stroll through the woods past Podmores pool and follow the stages until you find the cache.
Following the trashing of the original cache I have now made Ruairidh's Cache(revisited) a multi-cache, The first stage is very close to the original cache site, slightly amended co-ordinates. The first stage contains the co-ordinates for the second stage and that contains the co-ords for the main cache. The first two stages are micro caches, similar to a 35mm film container but in yellow and green.
Park in Halmer End by the Chip shop (good place to fill up in the evening after the walk) and head down the track directly opposite the methodist church until you come to Podmores pool, spend a few minutes watching the frogs and the moorhens on the lily pads before venturing into the woods. Get a general bearing in the clearing by the pool before you go into the woods as open sky places are few and far between once you get into the woods.
