The monument is an interesting construction on top of Star Hill over looking the M32.
Park near Lockleaze adventure playground at N51.29.602 W002.33.600. From here you will have a 20 minute walk across a well maintained field and through the woods to the monument and a fantastic view. The cache is close by. Best reached from the monument as the GPS signal in the woods is not great. I don’t know much about the history of this place, but the location speaks for itself. Enjoy the cache.
Please hide in exactly the same way as this is a popular area and the previous cache location had been muggled a number of times.
