This is a small suburban park, located in the Jefferson Manor community. When I was born, my parents lived in this neighborhood. That would have been in the early fifties. Still a fairly close community, this park allows the residents a place to exercise their pets, and to have other family and group activities.
The Jefferson Manor Park is a small park in the Jefferson Manor Community of Fairfax County, Virginia. This park has a shelter, restrooms, playground area, picnic tables, grills, softball field (or kickball), basketball court, and open areas for other activities such as frisbee, volleyball, badminton, and natural wooded areas with a creek.
There are no trails through this park. Hiking boots NOT REQUIRED!! "Cache & Dash" 
No need to bushwhack to this cache ... it is a moderate stroll from the parking lot. You are looking for a small container, twice and a half larger than a film canister. Bring writing instrument to sign the log.
