Geocache Description:

For that quick fix needed by all cachers from time to time

I discovered this place passing from a farewell do to a night on the town. I don’t know what I was on that night , but ...

the wind gently rustled the reeds in the stream as I passed by. As I braced myself against the stream bank I found that this tranquil scene concealed one of the Sydney’s sinister secrets. On closer inspection I detected surreptitious openings beneath the stream to the underworld obviously created by Morlocks. Through these gaps I witnessed the innocent Eloi within the grotto writhe and thrash about in their liquid tomb – there seemed to be limited chances of escape yet they appeared oblivious to their fate – seeming to actual enjoy their entrapment.

As I continued to pass by this rivulet I detected a sound that eventually turned to a deafening roar. As I rounded a corner I faced a magnificent waterfall that shielded a gateway to a plateau beyond. On my hands and knees, almost blinded by spray (I think that was what made me blinded ...) from the waterfall, I scaled the uneven path to the plateau beyond. A placid lake confronted me with a jungle bridge passing over it. As there was no railing I dare not pass across the bridge as a fall from this structure could be disastrous (especially in stilettos and my LBD! ).

It is within this alcove formed by Waterfall, Stream, Bridge and Lake that the cache (dedicated to the memory of Weena) can be located.
