This cache is in a nice setting in a mid-sized city park. The park is usually quiet, but it is often visited by nearby residents. There is a playground nearby for children.
This micro was initially a 2-stage cache, the first stage a micor and the second stage a small regular cache.
UNFORTUNATELY, the initial Stage 2 cache was MUGGLED ROYALLY AND MERCILESSLY before even the first geocachers got to it. Consequently, cache became a single-stage micro, which should prove to be a quick park-n-grab.
Use stealth to attract as little attention as possible. There are nearby homes whose non-geocaching residents may get curious.

Plenty of nearby parking; best approach for parking is from the east. Walking / biking path runs through this park.
