Geocache Description:


This is our first cache so we placed it in one of our favorite places - Highland Forest. This Onondaga County park is a great place for hiking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing and horseback riding. There are also cabins available for youth groups to camp in. Our scout troops are down there several times a year for different activities. While looking for this cache be sure to stop and enjoy the view from Skyline Lodge on a sunny day. It's a little bit of heaven here in Highland Forest.
