Ahhhh yes, the Legend of the Lady or the Tiger...
Long, long ago in a primitive kingdom, a king had a beautiful daughter with a fiercly hot temper. She fell in love with a common soldier far below her rank in the kingdom. One day the King discovered the two of them engaged in forbidden activity. He ordered the soldier taken captive and sent to the dungeon. Pondering what to do with him, the King chose to let the Fates have the final decision.
He had the young soldier set free in the arena facing two huge wooden doors. The soldier was told that he must open one door and let Fate decide what will happen. Behind one door, he would find a beautiful virgin of his rank. Behind the other door he would find a starving Tiger able to eat him in a single meal. The fates would decide.
As our young soldier glanced back over his shoulder, he saw his beloved Princess raise her right hand ever so slightly. Ahh, he thought...she means for me to find the virgin behind the right door. Then he thought, that jealous girl means for me to find the Tiger behind the right door. She would prefer to see me eaten alive then to see me united with a beautiful young virgin.
Which side to choose? You only have one chance to do it right on the first try. Where did the last geocachers decide to place it? Did they switch them?
All this pondering works up a mighty thirst. Bring a gallon if you feel lucky.
And please stay off the private road. There is no need to step on it.
