Pretty much a park and grab. Camo'd to blend with cache surroundings.
There have been a few issues over the years with muggles. So it is important to rehide the cache as you found it--assuming the previous cacher did it right. The original hide was NOT on the ground.
Bring your sense of humor and have fun with this one. Open and close cache carefully, please. Public restrooms are a half a block away in Tehachapi's oldest and prettiest park. Playground equipment, lots of shade and tables are there for those with time to kick back and enjoy a brief respite from the busy-ness of life. Have fun!
