Geocache Description:

An official geocaching micro container jammed in a rock

Please bring a spotter for this cache and be careful (you didn't think you'd get a FirePole cache for free, did you?) This is in a beautiful little valley in the Crow Creek drainage of the Medicine Bow National Forest. You can drive to within about 200 feet of this cache, but need to make a single climbing move to reach it or unneccesarily expose yourself to a fall from the top. The container is a black geocaching micro tube with only some scraps of paper and a pencil stub for logging.

This area used to be used as a military practice range, and is currently the apparent home of some of the local rodentia. Enjoy the area and walk around a bit, I have seen deer, elk, pronghorn antelope, hawks, and numerous rodents in the area.

Please make sure that the cache gets replaced securely.
